Job description / duties
Primary Responsibilities:
-Listing, editing, & removing ecommerce inventory listings on multiple platforms.
-Order fulfillment, for picking and packing product from inventory, and packing boxes for shipment.
-Maintaining current knowledge of Apple products and terminology.
-Responding to customer inquiries in a quick and professional manner.
-Research merchandise pricing online and monitoring online stock as necessary.

Required Skills:
-A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to learn POS, and fulfillment operating systems
-Ability to create and list inventory product in ecommerce platforms
-Basic mathematical skills related to completing customer orders is necessary to complete daily tasks.
-Able to physically access all areas of the store and ability to lift / move up to 35 pounds at any given time.

Desired Experience:
-Prior experience with Ebay, Amazon, or other ecommerce platforms
-Experience with Apple and related products and services.
-Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Publisher)
-Adobe Suite or other editing software
