Strong-sight reading

Ensemble ability (choirs and soloists)

Pipe organ experience

Accompanying church hymn singing

Dedication to punctuality and excellence Multi-instrumentalist with interest in worship leading is a bonus

Job Description I am opening an insurance office on November 1st and I’m looking for two salespeople to join me on my journey (I am not permitted to use the name of the company in this format, but I can provide more details upon request). I am seeking to create a positive work environment where we support each other and focus on providing exemplary service to our customers while meeting our goals and making an impact on the community

 

Job Duties

  • Present and sell products and services using a needs-based approach
  • Make outbound calls to offer insurance and financial services
  • Prepare quotes and effectively present options
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist customers with claims, payments, billing, and other service-related issues
  • Accurately handle policy changes and customer updates as needed
  • Recognize opportunities to offer additional products or services
  • Participate in training and team meetings
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the agent
Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to influence others
  • Ability to develop relationships with clients and prospective clients
  • Ability to process information quickly, handle several tasks at once, and remain organized
  • Ability to learn and become proficient with various computer applications
  • Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Sales experience desired but not required

Compensation

Hourly rate DOE + generous commission opportunities; additional team and individual bonuses are available
Days/Hours M-F shifts; half-day every third Saturday
