The Human Resources department supports the entire SW region in all aspects of HR.

Position Description:

The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for assisting the HR Director and HR Manager with HR functions to include employee assistance with HR issues,  recruiting, on-boarding, and orientations, Leave of Absence processing, background checks, unemployment, employment verifications and general HR office support.

  • General HR Office Support
  • Other responsibilities as reasonably assigned by your supervisor.
  • PHR or AA in Human Resources
  • 3 years’ experience working in an HR office
  • 2 years’ experience recruiting employees or volunteers.
  • Thorough knowledge of FMLA, FLSA, Title VII, & ADA
  • Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Windows applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an understanding of diverse populations.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and self-direction skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to speak to large groups.
Compensation $34,924.50 – $43,660.00 YR/ DOE
