Seitel Systems LLC (SSL) is focused on providing network engineering and consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses (20 to 1,000 workstations) in the Puget Sound area. Our team has been doing that since 1990, the offices are located in downtown Seattle at Harbor Steps, in downtown Tacoma near the Old City Hall and to be determined Bellingham/Ferndale location.
This opening is for a SSL Service Desk Technician to provide Tier 1-2 desktop technical support for clients with a great sense of customer service, a solid work ethic and excellent communication skills at both technical and non-technical levels. |Qualification||SSL Service Desk Technicians are expected to have the following qualities:
• 2 – 4 years’ experience (or educational equivalent) and have a desire to grow their professional skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and quality of work
• Advanced troubleshooting skills
• Adeptness at utilizing resources and finding solutions
Required technical proficiency:
• Desktop Support (PC)
• Desktop Support (Mac)
• Mobile Devices (iOS, Android, Windows)
• Familiar with Windows Server 2000/2003/2008/2012/2016
• Anti Virus Solutions
• Backup System Solutions
• Active Directory
Optional technical proficiency:
• IP Routing/Switching
• SQL Server
• Initial two week training to be completed in Seattle.
• Reliable transportation.
• Some regional travel around Ferndale and Bellingham with occasional trips to Seattle.
• Finger print and background check required.
• Candidate must reside locally.
