Job Description DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Requirements: Food Handler’s license, formal food preparation training
• Plans menus at least two weeks out and adapts as needed
• Conducts inventory daily
• Orders food from Food Services of America
• Creates shopping lists for locally produced food items and buys them or delegates the buying
• Coordinates and trains kitchen staff
• Trains entire staff and CITs on dishpit procedure
• Assembles campout night tinfoil dinners and additional supplies
• Be flexible to staff changes. Kitchen staff members may be different from week to week.
• Be able to work with a variety of individuals while exemplifying a positive attitude.

Qualifications PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 21+ years old
• Formal food preparation training

Compensation

$535/week
Days/Hours Varies, June 10-Aug. 11
