Job Description Premier Agendas, a School Specialty company is now hiring for seasonal Call Center and Customer Service associates. If you are a positive, responsible, self-starter who enjoys working with people in a team environment, this may be the perfect opportunity for you. This is a full-time seasonal position that requires the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment including inbound and outbound customer inquiries, guiding customers with the web submission tool, and resolving customer complaints.

Qualifications • Previous call center and customer service experience a plus
• Must be able to balance accuracy and efficiency
• PC experience, with custom database experience a plus
• Organizational ability
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication
Compensation $11.00 + hourly
Days/Hours Monday – Friday

Seasonal April/May – July/August
