Headquartered in WA and AK, providing daily to long term product and service to contractors, government entities, manufacturers, industrial operators and home improvement warriors. Experience with equipment, construction or DIY projects is helpful but not required.

Major Areas of Responsibility:
The primary focus of a yard representative is to maintain the check-in and check-out process of equipment and tool flow, while working directly with Birch staff and the customer. Yard Representatives repair & service equipment before and after rents while maintaining yard and warehouse cleanliness.

Qualifications Essential Job Requirements for All Positions:
– Computer literate
– Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
– Ability to bend or kneel and work with arms raised for prolonged periods
– Ability to lift 50 pounds
– Ability to pass pre-employment background check
– Drug Free, ability to pass pre-employment drug test & random drug tests
– WA State Driver’s License in good standing
– Willing to work in the elements year-round including working on job sites and out of service trucks

Educational Requirements:

High School Diploma / GED (Or currently enrolled in high school)
Licenses Required: Valid WA State license in good standing

Compensation $15+
Days/Hours 4-10 Work Week, 40 hrs +
